We all know Napa Valley for the wine it has so deliciously given us over the years, but there is much more to this beautiful American oasis. Napa is also home to luxury hotels, Michelin restaurants, and (of course) refreshing wine and cocktails. Gather your girl squad for a much-needed girls trip or ring up your beau for a romantic getaway and book that trip you’ve been dreaming and planning on taking to the Wine Country.

Bistro Jeanty

Bistro Jeanty is one of Napa’s more classic spots. With a true Parisian vibe and essence it is the perfect spot for a chilly day in Napa Valley. Take a walk on the wild side and get an order of the Os a Moëlle (Roasted Bone Marrow), or stick to the French classics and order the Coq au Vin, or the Steak Frites. Whatever you do order the Crême de Tomate en Croute (Tomato soup in puff pastry), it’s pretty much the best soup we’ve ever had.

Trust us on this one. We know it’s not a super fancy, Michelin Star restaurant, but after you take a bite out of Model Bakery’s famous english muffins you’ll understand why it’s on this list. Open for almost 90 years Model Bakery has made a name for itself across America. The english muffins are so fluffy, perfect, and delicious they landed a precious spot on Oprah’s Favorite Things List. So head into St. Helena and wait in line for any of their scrumptious baked goods.

Grab a big group and head to Farmstead for some drinks and bites on the beautiful back patio. Whether you’re diving into a Pulled Pork Slider, dipping into the Nachos, or digging into the Mac and Cheese you’ll be sure to need a refreshing cocktail to pair with your choice of food. Order up one of the many beers on tap or stick with a classic. We love the Paloma Picante (Casamigos tequila, grapefruit juice, lemon, bundaberg grapefruit soda, serrano bitters) and the Agua Fresca (Cucumber and lemon verbena infused vodka, strawberry, lemon juice, simple syrup, tonic water).
