It’s going down next Thursday, May 1, from 6:30-8:30 p.m at the Metropolitan Pavilion (125 West 18th Street, NYC.) Start your way through Grand Central’s Oyster bar while sampling bubbles or a glass of rare white. Nibble on tacos from Brooklyn Taco Co. or cured meats from Bushwick’s Hops & Hocks and wash it all down with a Sonoma Coast Pinot. Finish the night with a taste of port while relishing a chocolate ganache from esteemed French chocolatier’ La Maison du Chocolat. Either or, there will be plenty for you to taste and explore!
Ticket price for TTS readers is $65 (for everyone else, $85—that’s a $20 discount for being a part of the TTS family!) Proceeds from ticket sales benefit NY/NJ Baykeeper, which has a mission to protect, preserve and restore the ecological integrity and productivity of the Hudson-Raritan Estuary.
